Privacy Policy

Information we process

Email subscriptions store your email address, selected products, confirmation status and timestamps. Telegram, Slack and Discord subscriptions store the account, workspace or channel identifiers needed to deliver alerts, preferences and installation credentials where required. We also keep delivery status, review records and operational logs.

How we use information

We use this information to confirm subscriptions, deliver requested announcements, manage preferences, investigate failures and prevent abuse. Prayer clicks store a request identifier, product, timestamp and a daily salted hash derived from the connecting IP address for rate limiting; individual click records are eligible for cleanup after seven days. Aggregate counts remain.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and database and processes request information. Resend delivers subscription emails. Telegram, Slack and Discord process messages and integration data on their platforms. Public source posts may be sent through OpenRouter for classification. Our email subscriber list is managed in our own database, separately from other projects' newsletters.

Cookies and storage

The Slack installation flow uses a short-lived security cookie to associate the callback with your browser. Hosting and platform providers may process technical request information under their own policies.

Retention and your choices

Unsubscribing stops future alerts but does not automatically erase subscription or delivery records. We may retain records for troubleshooting, abuse prevention and suppression of unwanted mail. To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, email jeanhe@altescape.us. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Backups may retain older records until they are replaced.
